Plus when you already have done it once with Michigan a couple of years ago, it erodes credibility.

Not a large leap to say that The only person in Michigans administration who was interested in hiring Butch is now calling plays at Tennessee.

The timing of your post left me little choice... I had to take it, lol.

I'm ready for a new OC as well. If Debord could do this week in and out, then I would be good, but I've seen enough to know that he is good for a few stinkers a year, and that does not win championships.

Exactly. I know we've had injuries and oline problems but that doesn't excuse App state because the injury bug had yet to bite us, Ohio because we have more talent even though injuries started around this game and USCe because even with injuries we still have better talent.

Everyone knows Butch isn't getting the can anytime soon but hopefully he will make changes where they're desperately needed.

So Tennessee fans are poisonous and UT is a toxic place because the MEDIA is making fun of CBJ? Virtually every media personality and sports writer in America is ridiculing CBJ and saying his team underachieved... and somehow it's all the fans' fault? If you're going to pile on, pile on the media, since that's who is creating and perpetuating all this.

If Vols had blown out App St and Ohio and been ready and had looked coached up all Game instead of a half then things may have been different.

Well, I really need to own it to be a VFL according to Butch. So I'm stepping up right here and telling the world that it's my fault (pounding my chest) that the media is talking about him and the team's underperformance. If I had not posted on VN when Debored lost his mind in every first half for the first 8 games, all would be good.

My bad, guys.

Could not agree more. Debord is inconsistent. That is the issue I have with him. He has great games, such as Mizzou, KY, Florida and aTM and then he has terrible games like SC, Bama, App State, Arkansas last year. He needs consistency. Throwing the ball to #15 more would be a great start.
