Someone said that JRM has a torn labrum in the FF. Butch said he would play on Monday- did he reinjure in practice or maybe just lingering pain? Damn that sucks if Sutton and JRM both came back this year and then can't play for it. What have you heard Bruin?

I had that injury. 2 surgeries by James Andrews and I can barely raise my arm above my head to this day.

I know the one pay site that is conservative about injuries says it isn't good for JRM. I think we may have seen the last of him in orange.

I'm skeptical the current players have such a mature understanding of the rivalry but the hell with UA.

In regards to the rivalry, not discounting their success under Saban, they truly benefited from TN being completely down more than will ever be discussed. Not that there's much to discuss but points stands imo.

No high caliber Junior will ever come back for their Senior year. That's terrible if true on JRM and Cam. Makes me absolutely sick.

JRM and Sutton should just sit the rest of the season no matter what. No reason to risk further injury, get ready for the NFL combine and go make some money, or apply for a medical redshirt (I believe they would both get it if they applied).

JRM's draft stock will take a huge hit tho with the shoulder injury

Nah, we'll need them for the Playoffs and they'll have a great chance to up their stock with a dominant championship win over Ohio State

JRM had surgery for the torn labrum last winter. That's what kept him out all spring. He has a shoulder sprain from the Ohio game and aggravated it in the UF game. Looked like he was in pain on the sideline. Hopefully, he'll rest it for a few weeks and be good to go.
