Yes, sam, fignewton and scottyflattop started it all a long time ago. I accepted it and ran with it, once the copycat babyavi tried to take my name.

I think Buchanan and Moseley will fill some of that role considering how good Abernathy has been at safety.

I assume Moseley will start with Buchanan and Foreman playing a lot of snaps.


Hopefully between the three of em one can settle in opposite Martin.

Shoop mentioned it during his presser. Abernathy was just volunteering to help out in any way, and Shoop was bragging on his attitude. I don't think it's a legitimate option for Florida. With Martin and Foreman both back for the game, we have more ready bodies at CB.

I found out last week that a childhood friend of mine and VFL has stage 4 brain cancer. The doctors say he has 10-14 months left, so this could be his last football season with us. I don't pray for outcomes of games, but I have prayed for God to give him enjoyment and quality of life for however many days he has left on this earth.

I know football is just a game, but I want him to see our Vols whip the Gators, if just for one joyous moment.

Dang. Hope your friend gets to see the Vols win a lot this year. Maybe even Bama. Perspective though. I hope his last days are as joyful as possible. Prayers for all of you.

Danny Kanell just said the same thing on the Russillo & Kanell afternoon radio show. Questioned the Gators level of opposition so far but also was quite critical of the UT offensive line. He felt Dobbs mobility would overcome this enough to win, however.

I saw he and Galloway make their picks last night. Galloway took UF, and Kanell took us. They picked opposite teams for the first 4 games and then they both took Michigan State.

Shared Mike reps or saying they were side by side? as Mike maybe but I'd doubt side by side cuz Cortez would be with ones if JRM were resting
