All depends on what was known. I agree if they knew there was 2 different altercations they would have asked about both
We don't know what Bowles said in court. We know what he told the KNS he said in court.
I think this is what UT is hoping for, and the more rational side of me thinks you are correct. My paranoid, battered vol syndrome makes me think that this whole thing may reach a tipping point, and the PC outrage crowd backed my the media will show up with pitchforks until they are given their pound of flesh.
It's not really relevant. The fact that the GJ didn't indict Maggit indicates that it didn't come up or he testified that it didn't happen.
Either way, it's secret and not recorded. He's not facing perjury charges.
However, UTs attorneys can impeach him on the stand.
James Franklin "allegedly" told players to destroy evidence in their investigation. Absolutely nothing reported. (Players did destroy evidence and still claim he instructed them)
Butch "allegedly" calls a player a traitor and it's the biggest story in sports.
We coulda been a contendah...smh. If Butch goes down, we'll enter a dark age that makes the Fooley years look like the halcyon days. No high quality coach in their right mind would touch this job. We would be the Chernobyl of college football.
