Very interesting.

From coachingsearch:

LSU: The Advocate reports LSU defensive coordinator / linebackers coach John Chavis has not signed a three-year contract worth $4 million and is upset about a clause in the deal, which states that, if Les Miles were no longer head coach, Chavis would only be paid for the next six months. The paper reports LSU has also offered Chavis a two-year deal without the clause. Texas A&M continues to pursue Chavis for their defensive coordinator job.

Hearing from LSU fan that they are reporting he is gone after game and the new deal with A&M is a 4yr $1.7 per price tag.

ESPN - NCAAF: Texas A&M student assistant Michael Richardson dismissed after striking 2 West Virginia players in Liberty Bowl

Good. This dudes career in coaching ended before he got a paycheck.

I guess he just had too much Aggie in him. Stupid updyke!

If he was that stupid to begin with, his career outlook wasn't so good in the first place.

Rumors out on 247 UGA boards that Richt is going to hang it up after the season...

Georgia better make the right hire if Richt leaves. He's been one hell of a coach for a long time but the fanbase might find out just how spoiled they've been if they wiff...

Damn...the East really does look like the redheaded stepchild, compared to the West.

I was watching the coaches' videos and saw some of the players as they walked by in shoulder pads and helmets. WOLF is one really big kid. I went back and watched it a second time. I didn't expect him to be that big. No wonder he has had such a good season. Next year he will be even bigger and stronger. It's fair to say that he may be the next Witten.

Edit: Just had a senior moment. Thanks for catching my mistake. Of course it's Wolf.:)
