Scott knows Hurd is the man at RB. He'll never be the starter here if Hurd is healthy. Crazy to transfer but I think that's really why he's transferring.

I really thought Scott could be a good player, a home run threat type that can take it the distance, but if he thinks he's a better fit somewhere else so be it.

The strange thing is that he is the only other RB coming back. Sure, Kamara will play, but Scott will play. If Hurd got hurt, he would play a lot. Guys transfer all of the time, but Saban and Richt still seem to keep 3-4 RB's happy.

It can not be worse than this year. When Hurd went down, it was usually at the time Lane was not healthy either.

Hate seeing all the negative talk. Don't know the kids, but because they leaving doesn't mean they have no character. I know its said often, but these guys are 18 19 years old and making very hard, life changing decisions. In recruiting they see dad butch showing love telling them he needs them all that. Then in practice you have GI butch on the loud speakers telling them they're still sucking on the teat. Every player needs coached differently, and I'm sure Butch knows that. It's understandable that some of these kids don't like the treatment. Don't mean they're pansies or that Butch is over the top.
What sucks is that this is the best shot some players have at making it out of poverty or bad situations and they're too young to realize the full magnitude of their situation . I'm a vol fan, but also a fan of young men succeeding. Here's to hoping these two (and the other comrades who have put their careers in jeopardy) bounce back, find happiness and success in the next part of their life

Not for long. Wow that film is ridiculous. Dude lives to destroy people and he's quick as hell. Give him some coaching, a few pounds in the weight room and he's a serious weapon, IMO.

What's the deal with Paulk potentially coming back? I thought he had been dismissed from the team permanently, even though charges weren't filed.

I laughed out loud watching that kid's tape. He's a monster. Don't know how good the competition he's playing is, but he would be a good player in some capacity on just about any team.
