I know it ends up being a nice matchup for us, but this really shows how the league operates. I wanted the Liberty for selfish reasons but am fine with it for me. But the Liberty lobbied for us hard, and they didn't even get their top 3 choices. I don't believe that they will fill the stadium, and tickets would have been sold out with us. I just thought it made sense to keep A&M in Texas (and I know that Texas is in that game.) But Arkansas can argue that it is just as detrimental as A&M. All I can say is that I am one that will be glad Mike Slive will be gone in 2015.

I am sure Arkansas fans are happy; all I was saying was that there were rumors that A&M didn't want to be there because of recruiting. Arkansas recruits Texas hard and is no different. Texas A&M in the Liberty does nothing except for a fast paced game. The matchups are ok- I think any number of teams against ND is a good matchup.

TAMU refused to play against Texas and the league intervened on their behalf.
