It has been pretty much accepted Texas Tech was wrong.

Doesn't matter. Leach was involved in a compliance and legal matter to his detriment. That's a negative at UT right now. We just settled a highly public lawsuit and several smaller ones, so it's a sensitive issue. It's possible we could hire Leach, but he was always an unlikely choice.
