That makes twice thercane has been mentioned so I will be checking tar out. As for CO2 being released... I dunnno. Sometimes it feels that way but there have been ones, especially the ones insert themselves, under my spine and a few directly under my shoulders that feel like strong poison has been released.broken up. I've gotten sick as a dog more than once when I'vw had the SO break those up.

When you say needles do you mean acupuncture? And does that work, fmor real? No worries about the long quote. Any and all advice is welcome!

PS. Don't know if it matter but doc says I've got arthritis in my ankles and knees. That developed in my 30s but doc say my participation in sports likely did it. When I walk a loto n hats floors I become the tin man in desperate need of oil.

I'm on mobile...sorry. Where are you located?

You don't need an Orthopedic surgeon. Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is my specialty...non-surgical. Dry needling is a way Physical Therapists can help break up trigger points. We do the same with trigger point injections (TPI) (except add medsthrough injection). If dry needling or TPI works, it is great. If the knots come back after needling/TPI twice, it indicates the source is still active. Once I realized that, I now make sure the cause of the trigger point has resolved first...frequently they will then go away with minimal treatment.

Secondary Osteoarthritis is not a disease process, it is a post-traumatic degenerative process. Hallmark of the disease is arthritis in the joints of your fingers. Your knees and ankles (if your only joints affected) are injury related. Sometimes very minimal repetitive injury. Obesity is the single greatest cause of this. (Not activity)

Try Omega 3 fish oil, Glucosamine/Chondroitin sulfate, Flax seed oil, cactus juice, all can help with arthritic pain. May take a month for the natural supplement to work. Omega 3 fish oil has been shown to be a natural anti-inflammatory at 3 capsules per day.

Sorry for the long post!

On my way home yesterday, 104.5 in Nashville was playing a mashup of Boyz II Men's ...Yesterday with bits of Dooley's tenure. Anyway, it was pretty funny with all the Dooley quotes in there from press conferences and practice interviews, but what got me was the game broadcasts they played.

They had, of course, the LSU game and the Music City Bowl. Holy cow were those hard to listen to. I mean they were just brutal. Never again.

Unbelievably quite a large number of posters.

I remember saying how crazy they were & harping on it for most of the season then I felt finally gave it a rest.

Hey AmazingGRACE,

I hope I'm not about to put my foot in my mouth here, but how's your mom?

Who were the scholars claiming last years OL would be an upgrade over 2013?

Step forward and take your beating

I may or may not have been one of those posters. I do remember thinking that except for the RT, that group seemed to take plays off (hallmark of any team associated with dooley). May have just been me, but I actually came to expect the kiffin/dooley teams to quit as soon as the going got tough.

On the other hand, I see no quit in any way, shape, or form with CBJ at the helm. Reminds me of the teams when I was a student...fought to the last second on the clock. One thing about Coach Majors teams, even when out manned, they still Gave Their All!

VN News Notice:

My new slogan for anything that happens is now "Butch Jones." Much the same way Bammers or Barners yell "roww tiiide" or "war eagle" at random and odd life events, so will I too be yelling "Butch Jones." For example:

At church when the preacher needs an amen? Butch Jones.

At a wedding when the kiss is made? Butch Jones.

When a fight breaks out? Butch Jones.

When someone cuts me off in traffic? Butch Jones.

When I see someone else with the real orange on? Butch Jones.

When UT scores a touchdown? Butch Jones.

When the wife seduces me? Butch Jones.

When UT wins? Butch Jones.

When UT loses? Butch Jones.

When my daughter says GBO the first time? Butch Jones.

When a new baby is born? Butch Jones.

When I get the closest parking spot at the store? Butch Jones.

When I get a promotion? Butch Jones

When I see a rival fan? Butch Jones.

When Nick kills that snake? Butch Jones.

I think you get the point. Butch Jones.

There's needs to be a Butch Jones Smilie created/designated.

Or maybe not. There may not be one Butch Jones enough for Butch Jones.

SIAP but I don't recall folks commenting on it. Did anyone notice Kahlil's response in this vid? Twas hilarious!

***EDITED SO EMBED WORKS (Well that's what I hope, anyway ;))

We got the horses to run with the big boys this year. I'm starting to get the feels. We can beat anybody on our schedule. I expect a few losses, but this D will be top 10 in the country. Dobbs shall be crowned "The Astro Dodger." We have a 2-headed monster at tailback. I wouldn't trade our WR's with anyone in the country.

Butch Jones.

Just wanna remind some folks on here that HS Football gets cranked up in Georgia Friday. The Corky Kell Classic will be starting Friday evening.

if you have fox sportsouth then you can watch friday night and saturday

several of the heavy hitters will be playing.

Archer, Norcross, Colquitt Co, Kell, McEachern and so forth.

Vol fans should be able to watch LB Commit JaQuain Blakely at 5:45 Saturday as Colquitt Co. takes on North Gwinnett

First game is 5:45 Friday and 8:45 following. Cranks back up Saturday morning at 9AM.

Living in GA I probably watch more GHSA football than the NFL. Any thoughts on going to 7 classes? I think the Big 44 idea is a bad one as it will be too Atlanta centric.

Except ypc went down 1.3 yards and yards per game went down by 44 yards.

I don't really have a dog in this discussion, but iirc QB sacks count against rushing yards in college football so that would obviously have an impacts on last years ypg stats... not sure how much of an impact though.
