If Hendon Hooker goes somewhere that allows him to get back to full health and has a solid group around him (specifically a good OL) I really think he's going to have a solid career ahead of him.

He was doing big things for VA Tech, but they weren't sold on him and their lack of confidence hurt his. He came here for an opportunity to be the guy (Pruitt promises) but stayed the course when Heupel became the guy, even after Melton won the starting job Hendon was committed to waiting for his chance and once he took over he didn't look back.

That level of loyalty, patience, and competitiveness is something you can't teach and getting it in a mature physically talent guy too? If I was a GM that had a QB on roster that was soon to be retiring or leaving for free agency I'd be all about getting Hendon Hooker.

RB Nathaniel Frazier got into town today and will return to campus again tomorrow. He is excited about the visit, and Tennessee needs a good showing to lock in an OV with him. Will be a tough pull regardless. But getting him to come cross country unofficially is a start.
