That’s the best way to look at it. My one buddy will not do cardio because he just looks at it as boring repetition. Listen to books, podcasts, etcI typically do steeper inclines on the treadmill and try to keep the walking brisk to keep the HR in close to the same range you do.
I honestly want to do the cardio not so much for weight loss purposes, I want to get my blood pressure down and improve my overall cardiovascular/heart health.
Yeah I use the Libby app and do audiobooks normally....I actually need to find some more stuff to listen to.
