I am a super sensitive about violence against women and the Simmons video is obviously a complicated issue beyond what happened before the video, but I take exception about how ESPN just teed that footage up. They had it ready.
It upset me too, i refused to watch it. I switched it to the NFL Network coverage when they gave the warning.

Could we finally play a team from the West that isn’t Top 10? Underachieved and lost a ton

92nd in returning production.

On the other hand, they had 8.7 2nd order wins (+.7). Meaning, based on how they played, they were expected to win a bit more than they actually did. This is predictive of an increase in wins the following year.

We were at 4.3 2nd order wins (-.7), saying we were slightly lucky to reach 5-7 based on how we played. This can be predictive of a decrease in wins the following year.

That said, (+/-) .7 isn't a huge factor, some teams reach (+/-) 2 wins (UK was -2.2! Very lucky). +/- .7 wins equates roughly to 5-10% either direction in wins the following year. IE, if you were +1.0 the previous year and won 8 games, it would predict 8.8 wins the following year. That said, it's merely a generic factor and such overwhelming returning production (for us), or lack thereof (for them) more strongly predicts future success.

What does that mean (Kenneth George and Kirkland)? I understand George, but Kirkland? Is he in danger of being forever injured and getting forced into a medical retirement? Would hate it for him. So much potential never tapped due to Butch's circus.

Lock regressed under Dooley. His QBR dropped a whopping 18 points. Wonder if that is hurting him, the way his JR year was a bit of an anomaly.
Funny thing is, Odom said he expected less points from Lock under Dooley but expected Dooley to significantly raise his draft stock due to system. Well, he was half right.

Basically yes. Pruitt said it's possible that DK would rehab his knee instead of playing this fall, preparing for an NFL attempt next year.

Highly doubt he plays this season.

I need a meal plan to consume 3500 calories a day.

A good healthy high protein plan - not fast food.

Any suggestions?
Obviously depends on your macronutrient profiles, but eating that much “clean” Can be a bit uncomfortable, but not too bad.

If that’s the route you want to take, fats will be higher calorie density, but also more satiating.

Peanut butter with apples
Extra olive oil on top of salads and veggies
Nuts (though 20/40% of calories are not digested depending on nut and amount of chewing)
Cooking with coconut cream/milk
Whole fat dairy, cheese
Whole Eggs

I would personally not bulk this way, but that’s another story

Also, at 3,500 calories, protein generally is adequate by the sheer amount of food eaten unless you are vegan

Really? Why don't we have Spanish restaurants? What are some good things?
Nachos Bel Grande is the shiznit!

Don’t think he was that good.
I think in an individual sport you can get away with it much easier that when you are a part of a team and your dad is running his mouth constantly, ie. Lavar Ball. It brings a selfish dynamic to the team and many times the other players are turned away from that person.

This is Kirkland's last season, period at UT. Have heard he's planning to focus on rehab & getting prepared for the NFL draft next year instead of risking further injury to play a few mid to late season games.
