Incredibly proud of y’all to make a #pizzagate post the one that gets me passed the positive post:like ratio.

VN you the real MVP.

If you are a fan of the Football Team, you should care about the LV’s.

When that program is run correctly and they are winning, they can be an asset to the AD and bring in serious revenue.

When they are losing, they serve as just another drain on the AD living like a parasite off the Football program.

Not doubting you, but you gotta link for that?

I think Elwood and Cozy Corner are going to be my two BBQ fixes for the week. Now only if there was a good bottle shop in memphis...

I am in Germantown and go to the East Cork’s location. I don’t venture to any other places. I believe they are owned by the same family as Joe’s in midtown, so that is an option in the city.

As you know the options won’t be better than other parts of the state, but Corks has a decent variety. We are starting to get more regional beer but still not much from Middle or East TN.

I thought of you when he posted that. You're my sister anyway!

Haven't had a Nintendo console since the N64, but the Switch is cool. I've played some of the new Zelda game, and it's excellent. I've been team Sony since the late 90s though.
Some rumblings this week that Microsoft game pass is coming to switch. Sounds cool imo.

So should I skip the whey protein shakes and just eat raw onions after working out?

Depends on what your goals are. If you're bulking, I'd stick to the protein supplementation, as it's a great way to take in calories. For me, whey was really helpful in college when I was strapped for cash, and it was an efficient and cheap nutrition delivery system. The reality is that most people get enough protein through their regular diet, and supplementing protein isn't needed. There's only so much protein that you can absorb before your body expels it through your urinary tract. I've gone for the 2 grams of protein for every 1 lb of your body, and all that did was give me an upset stomach all the time. The supplement that has given me the best results have been amino acids, creatine, and glucosamine. Onions are absolutely delicious, and should be consumed for their culinary qualities, along with potential test boosting aspects.

Also, make sure you're doing heavy squats for that natural HGH release as well: https://ast-ss.com/key-exercises-boost-growth-hormone/
