According to Football Outsiders in the analysis of the 2018 FBS football season the 14 teams of the SEC had the toughest 14 schedules of all 130 FBS football teams and the team with the easiest schedule in the conference, the 14th toughest schedule in the country, was Florida. I’ve added the 2018 Team Talent Composite ratings to the chart along with preliminary returning production percentages and the 2019 recruiting class ratings. If the chart is too busy to look at take this as the key takeaway: Florida is the punk team in the conference. Also we were better than Arkansas and Kentucky on offense and better than Ole Miss on defense. Not impressed? We were better than more than half the conference on special teams, including Alabama, all the while playing the 2nd toughest schedule in the country. While we were mid-pack in the conference on rush and pass defense, our scoring defense let us down. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who hates to watch our pass rushers chase a quarterback 25 yards deep into his backfield only to allow the guy to escape and return to the line of scrimmage or better. Hopefully with the addition of the athleticism of Crouch, To'oto'o, Harrison, and Peterson, starting this year we can begin to put a stop to that.

These numbers also suggest that Kentucky and Ole Miss will fall off this year if I’m reading it right
That’s fine. I’m an NBA guy but everyone has different interests.I would watch a team tiddlywinks competition before watching the NBA. JMO.
Personally, really enjoyed it.Anyone watch the AAF? How was it?
Speaking of football - I'm toying around with a defensive depth chart based on who we "expect" to be on our roster this year. Feel free to chime in with changes you would make to this setup. Obviously we want to get our best athletes of the field as much as possible. I think this is the entire defensive roster. (Green highlight was HS five star, blue highlight was four star). I left Crosby on the OL for now. At one time in the 247 composite ratings tracker McCollough was ranked as the 22nd best player in the country for the '19 class. That and his being an EE leads me to think he has a good shot at getting the start opposite Warrior, that is unless our Head Coach has an aversion to starting freshmen in the secondary.

I think Flowers will start across from Warrior, but otherwise looks dead on.Speaking of football - I'm toying around with a defensive depth chart based on who we "expect" to be on our roster this year. Maybe top 10 but not the best. Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Bch, Anna Maria Island, Long Boat, Siesta Key, Indian Shores and Madeira Beach are all tens times better than Destin. Naples Beach is nice too.
We really have not sat down and gone over that,” Pruitt said. “We got everybody in here and started working on recruiting. We have not divvied up areas. The first thing we wanted to do was to finish up this recruiting class. We will probably take a weekend off and start on Monday with figuring it out from there.”
I don't see anyway flowers doesn't start somewhere.Speaking of football - I'm toying around with a defensive depth chart based on who we "expect" to be on our roster this year.
