...and Brad Johnson over Dan Marino, Warren Moon, Jim Kelly, and Fran Tarkenton, right?

...and Eli Manning and Ben Roethlisberger over Brett Farve, Drew Brees, and Aaron Rodgers, right?

I tell you what, you take Joe Montana with Mark Duper, Mark Clayton, and...well, that's about it...and I'll take Dan Marino with Jerry Rice, John Taylor, Roger Craig, Dwight Clark, Ronnie Lott, and Charles Haley, etc...and I'll beat your ass every single day of the week, and sometimes twice a day...a beating in the morning, and a beating in the evening, just for the hell of it.

And don't even get me started if the roles were reversed between Bradshaw and anyone of those QBs I named...Marino, Moon, Brees, Rodgers...THOSE GUYS on those Steelers teams!?!?!? Daaaammmnn!!! Don't get me wrong, I like Bradshaw a lot, myself; but...come on, pg...you got to be joking, right?
I never said anything about Johnson or Dilfer....I just mentioned those 3. And yes, the Steelers D was the best ever (as a group over several yrs) and Bradshaw won with their help. But HE won 3 of their 4 SBs. It was a different era and I love the fact Bradshaw called his own plays.
I love arguments/discussions like this. It’s fun and no real wrong answers. Just individual opinions. He would be my fourth pick.

LT still the best I ever saw in person. Still my #1 pick

No. No one's used it other than me. I haven't looked anything racy up given that I'm staying at my parents post-fire. I think it's just a generic "you are between the ages of 35-50, like sports, and like computers, therefore you must also like nookie." lol.

Better than getting the adult diaper ads.

Absolutely, it is...just figured you for a crazy man. 😉

I especially like listing who our top picks would be. You had LT #1...he'd be my #2.

However, another thing I'll disagree with you over is talent around Marino...Duper and Clayton, that's it. Did you know that Marino never had a 1000 yd rusher in a single season, his entire career? Think about that. And, this was still a time when teams HAD to run the ball.

I lived in Miami for 4 yrs while Marino played. I’m biased because I got so sick of hearing how he was the GOAT! I do know from some good info that he hindered the organization by his attitude and being uncooperative in changing the offense into a more balanced one. The one year they went to the SB.....they had 3 backs with over 500 yrds rushing. Not a stud, but 3 good ones....

I'm a huge Bradshaw fan, too; although, there's a few I would take over him; still, can't deny the man played at his best when the lights were brighter.

And yeah, as much as I love Reggie White, LT may have been the greatest football player of all time, no matter the position, or side of the ball; but, Reggie took rushing the pasher to a whole new level.

Two 5 star offensive tackles is pretty rad.

Wonder if they could both start as freshmen. 5 star usually means ready to play. Lord knows the door is wide open for both of them if they come in ready. And if we get Trey back we could be looking at:

Wanya - Jahmir - Kennedy - Trey - Darnell

🔥

Per Callahan, both need development and aren't the perfect "immediate impact" guys, but given our situation have a good chance to get a fair amount of early playing time.

Yeah, all of that may be true; but, as far as having THE arm, and intangibles, and QB make up, Marino had it all. He is in no way one of my favorites; but, I could never deny how great he was. Manning and Elway are the only two I put ahead of him.

Yeah, I knew Miami had combos of backs a couple of yrs, never that true compliment to Marino, however.

And, yes...he's always seemed like an assho*e.

I expected more panic this close to NSD. It's not as fun if there's no one to talk off the ledge.
If Wright was shaky..this place would be melting down right now. I think most of the regulars here knew, or at least were pretty sure what this class was going to finish a week or two ago so...no panic now. I personally already came to terms with no HT in the class...so...meh.

Besides Wright and Solomon who else are we gonna really potentially add?

I'm thinking we hold a couple of offers to see where grades land for Green and Harris maybe.

What do you folks think?

We are #1

Let the simple folk be concerned with “help” outside of their own teams
My wife has said this season has made me incredibly arrogant. We were rolling into Target and an SUV with a Tennessee Vol front plate turned in without using his turn signal and she said "You see your people not using their signal" and I said "his team is #1 in the country, show some respect"

Target? Rich people fight!

I kid.

IMO Rodgers is the most talented QB to ever play the game, but when has he ever had an OC draw up plays that result in the wide open receivers Brady gets all the time?

It's a shame he doesn't have the playcalling to back up his talent. Put him in the Pats system and he's got the same number of rings, maybe more.

McDaniels basically just runs Randy Sanders offense.

I’m being slightly flippant, but they do run a lot of screens and stuff underneath

People use their turn signal to go into parking spots?
