I’m guessing Pruitt kicked @HankHill out of his sweet cubicle and stuck him in a broom closet down in the basement.
I don't get this dumping on UT admin for anything that's happened since Pruitt was hired. What more could UT have given Pruitt to help him succeed? He has the staff he handpicked, the longer-term contracts he wanted, all the facility upgrades he requested and the nation's largest recruiting budget. He even gets a do-over on OC and a hefty budget to make the hire. Seems like he's been given the opportunity and all the resources he could want to succeed.
I actually told a parent this once when accussed of not motivating his child to do well at school....even though the majority in the room were doing quite well, and my test scores were at the top in the county. I'm sure it is very true when you get a team that is not used to working hard and knows you have to depend on them for the remainder of the year. You can lead a horse to watef but you cannot make him drink. If players just dont want to do something, there is literally nothing a coach can do. Just stop.
The only real difference in that game and the rest of his time here was that he ran under center with a FB 4-5 times (and NU had no film on that either). When Debord ran his real offense (The bowl game against I think Northwestern?) it was a legit offense. I honestly wouldn’t mind him lol. Couldn’t be any worse than last years debacle.
Haslam about to pull a Haslam that ends up helping us?
Rumor that McCarthy will be next Browns HC. McCarthy is his own play caller which would lead to potential of Kitchens walking. Kitchens likely would be popular in other NFL spots though... either way interesting possibility that it could open up if browns hire McCarthy
I think what it came down to was some Falcons fans upset about the Falcons losing. Although some pointed out the defense was more to blame. There were some that were concerned with the drinking problem. Can someone explain to me why most don't want sark I mean Sarkisian has improved every collegiate offense that he has taken over from the regime that was there before him includung Kiffin at USC. He favors a pro-style offense that falls in line with the style of play 2nd year Tennessee coach Jeremy Pruitt prefers to run. He also has proven to be a solid recruiter and coached multiple Heisman contenders in Jake Locker and Cody Kessler in past years. At the pro level, Sarkisian has ran an offense on the cusp of being in the top 10 without the teams dynamic running back. In addition to those accolades, Sarkisian also has experience in the SEC and coaching in a National Championship game. I would be cool with yurich. Just don't get the hate for a guy who has been a great OC.

OC still unsolved mysteryI am literally 100 pages behind. Cliff notes anyone?
Antiquated thinking. LDL has different particle sizes. Tha amount of LDL is a small factor, but mot a large one. Statins have been effective somewhat but they have many side effects and are by and large unnecessary in most people. The efficacy of statins has been in question for a long time. Statins are one of the most prescribed drugs for a reason. And its not for the safety and well being of patients.
But look what it took for us to get to that point over the last decade. Complete ineptitude by the administration until Fulmer took over. Fulmer being AD is why Pruitt is getting everything he needs to succeed. If Currie was still AD, Pruitt isn’t our coach, and whoever is surely isn’t getting the resources that Pruitt is getting to succeed.I don't get this dumping on UT admin for anything that's happened since Pruitt was hired. The fact that other teams moved more quickly than us is bothering a lot of people and I have to say, I don't 100% disagree with them. However, the majority of the names we started with on the board are still out there so I think we will still get our guy in the end.I hate Eeyore Vol fans. I had one tell me yesterday "All the good OC's have been taken , Pruitt has really screwed this up, and we are going to end up getting a bargain basement no name up and comer".
Did I explain Fulmer has gotten Pruitt everything he wanted ?
Did I explain Pro regular season and bowl games are just now wrapping up?
Nah I just looked at him and thought which jackwagon negavol are you on VN?
It’s all optics but ultimately it doesn’t matter if we make the right here. It’s just hard to come up with a good reason why this has been so slow and drug out.The fact that other teams moved more quickly than us is bothering a lot of people and I have to say, I don't 100% disagree with them.
