But he finished all the games and chose not to play in the bowl game. I don't consider that quitting. By these terms, it should be an epidemic of mass players choosing not to play in meaningless bowl games. Now we all know Vic would have played if he were an underclassman but as a 5th year SR....the risk is to great. Soooooo did Will Grier quit West Virginia? Soooooo did Christian McCaffrey quit Stanford? Soooooo Ed Oliver quit Houston? Soooooo Deebo Samuel quit South Carolina? And N'Keal Harry quit Arizona State?
Players in New Year’s Six bowls are doing the same, with at least three Michigan Wolverines not playing in the Peach Bowl. It’s not even just a bowl game thing at this point. Ohio State’s Nick Bosaannounced midseason that he wouldn’t attempt to battle back from injury just to play in college games again.
Former Notre Dame linebacker Jaylon Smith tore his ACL and LCL in the 2016 Fiesta Bowl, and it cost him several million dollars.
Football is a business, even though players aren’t paid until the NFL. Sitting out a bowl game is about protecting millions of dollars or even thousands.
I am also on the Carnivore diet and have been for almost a year. I read a lot from Shawn Baker and Dr Ken Berry. The carnivore diet is one of the healthiest ways for humans to eat. Doctors reveive very little nutritional training. The training they do receive is based on outdate, research that was bought and paid for by the sugar industry. They still prescribe statins like candy. Why? Massive kickbacks in the way of gift cards, weekend vacations and high profile dinners.
My wife and I have been eating carnivore for almost 2 years now.
No cure at any stage for the chronic version.Wow, that’s insane, I can’t even begin to imagine. Was it not caught early enough or was there simply nothing they could do?
Department of agriculture set up the food pyramid, weird...The carnivore diet is one of the healthiest ways for humans to eat. Doctors reveive very little nutritional training. For sure, there’s definitely periods where programs will slide. Like Bama before Saban, now they’re undoubtedly the #1 program currently and have been for a while. UT is there to climb back into the top 10, we just aren’t there rn imo. I would say Clemson is top 5ish Program currently but boarderline 15 at best historicallyKingston mentioned 20.
These “top” programs are all one or two bad hires away from being “not top” programs.
Hell, people probably think Clemson is a top 3 program right now when they could easily slide to being an 8-4 team again if Dabo left.
Under Mullen (not counting 2010 draft with 2) miss state had 24 players drafted.
Since 2011 draft we have had 17....
Not sure how he “sucks at recruiting” and couldn’t do that here. I think we could all agree that TN is easier to recruit to then Miss. state.
Well for starters Dak is about to get a franchise deal contract and fletcher cox and Darius slay are some of the top players at their position.Although Urban is an elite recruiter, why don’t you compare his first 3-4 classes against Mullen’s? That’s how UF won titles.
But NFL draft picks is not all about recruiting. It’s also about development, which I agree Mullen is good in that area.
How many are still on the league?
