Citizens can and should step in -- it won't always work but we owe it to everyone, including ourselves, to help prevent a tragedy. I truly believe the way to reduce these tragedies is by regular folks and workers stepping up. It's uncomfortable but we need to talk about not letting it happen in the first place. Laws won't prevent it but people who stand up can.

I have been as drunk as a human can get without dying from alchohol poisoning, and I have never gotten behind the wheel of a car. It is BS that the guy didn't know what he was doing because he was too blitzed...he just did not care if he hurt anybody...That selfish nihilism is already in you whether you take drugs/alchohol or not.


It's like I always told my kids when they throw that dumb "But I didn't mean to" excuse out for doing something stupid..."You didn't mean not to either" 😡

My favorite Christmas passage..
