Yep. Had oven in the in-laws shed set to 350. Looked out the window about 30 minutes after putting the bird in and saw smoke billowing out of the buiding. Bet you can guess my first two words. Outside of bird was burned to a crisp. Inside? Nice and juicy...I await the “TWSS.”

BTW this is Gracie, a Smokey X sibling from a more recent litter. Sweetest and most gentle, loving dog i have ever had. Truly my best friend. She is scared of a paper bag but will chase a wild pig in South Ga until her ears and paws are full of thorns.
