Rick Barnes does it the right way. He gets high character and mostly lower rated TOUGH players. Most of the highly rated guys wont come to Tennessee because theyre taking fat stacks of cash from other teams. JMO

And yes I know he got a 5 star for next year. Im talking about in general.

Not Volatil...he’s solid. But many complaining throughout the game thread and afterwards started when he was hired and have found ways to continue since.

Don't think he's a good fit at a top 10-15 program unless he hires really, really good assistants. That was one of his biggest problems here, IMO, among others. The UT job came way too early in his career. I'm sure he had his eyes opened with how Saban runs that show.

Gruden sold off his best players for draft picks. He's obviously tanking this season for high picks. Wouldn't be surprised to see him do it next year as well. Its not a strategy I agree with even if you've been handed the keys and 10 years to get it right. Got to imagine it will be tough to win back the team after blatantly throwing a season. If he wanted to quickly overhaul a roster why not just go to college?
