which johnson? ryan or Jamir? lol. you're gonna have to be more specific....FWIW last week Richmond was at RT and J Johnson at LT apparently. Maybe the coaches just want to see what they have with him, but Johnson may be ahead of Tatum at this point.
What would you do in that situation? You got a 3rd year talented kid who everybody knows was mishandled by a garbage coaching staff, but everybody admits is working his ass off trying to get better, and then gets bypassed for a poor to mediocre at best journeyman...I would probably lose it too. The frustration would have to immense to see your dreams crushed like that. That’s fair. There’s several guys who sound more mature. We’ll see though. If the job gets taken away from him, we’ll see.

and yeah, i remember reading about the move with drew to RT. i think i decied to beleive pruitt when he discussed the O line moves last week, as far as just getting them some reps at different spots so they could increase depth via versatility.
if Drew comes out lined up at RT to start, i'd be a little surprised....
If JG does start and does play well...You are going to look really bad. Your constant crapping on him is the major reason I am so down on the offense.Yea i want what gives us the best OL to run the ball and that is with Trey at guard. Because quite honestly i don’t think we are gonna be great at QB no matter what so sure up the run game and put a tight end over there occasionally.
I don’t see any just elite edge rushers anyways to this point on our schedule.
I think 247 was right. Trey at LT and Drew at RT. I agree Trey's best position is G but our options at G behind him seem a lot more ready at this point than at T. So I think that gets our best 5 on the field. I'm pretty comfortable with them picking 2 of Locklear, Carvin, Ryan Johnson or Calbert at G. I'm less comfortable picking one of Jahmir or Tatum at T at this point. Maybe they can switch later in the season when those two may be more ready, but right now that would be my choice. And I'm assuming that as of the first game, Drew is one starter at T (either right or left depending on Trey being G or LT) and that Hall isn't ready yet.which johnson? ryan or Jamir? lol. you're gonna have to be more specific....i'm assuming Ryan, and i agree.
