Only fair to post the other side as well. Interesting read.

People will turn it into a revenge story to try and cover for them all but her motives don't matter. What matters is the abuse and cover up. I'd be pretty mad too if I were in her shoes.

I read a lot of it. It was written by an OSU alum, who has no journalistic background, or at least not one that he puts on his FB page. He interviewed two people. One was Earl Bruce's wife. I am sure that she has no motivation at all, LOL, to slant the story in any way. The other one was Courtney Smith's mother who said that she did not believe that Zach ever intentionally struck his wife. Via text message. Not in person. In other words, very little credibility. This may all be entirely true, but I call BS.

Absolutely LOVE the Titans new unis. The Helmets look fantastic. Good JOB. Think I’m gonna have to score one of those Grey Titans hats.

Umm in my lifetime it has dramatically changed. Deforestation. Overfishing. Chemical runoff. Islands of garbage. Anyone else with anything? Plants and animals becoming extinct.
I agree about pollution, but 99% of species that have existed on this planet are extinct. That has been going on since the dawn of time. If a mass extinction event comes, itll be an asteroid or volcanic eruption or thermonuclear war most likely.

Don't act like humans did not have a hand in ending some though.

Here are Thursday’s observations (note we saw just two periods = ~9 minutes)…

ROUTES ON AIR

I charted every throw from Keller Chryst and Jarrett Guarantano today. And again, it’s quite evident in practice, even in our short sessions, as to who is emerging from the pack there.

Guarantano completed all 10 passes — slants, outs, in-routes, corners and arrow routes — even showing some better touch on shorter throws. Only one time did a receiver have to really make a nice grab, too.

Conversely, Chryst was erratic Thursday. He took two more reps than JG, jumping back in line following a poor throw or drop. He finished the routes on air period 7-for-12. He did have two balls dropped (Marquez Callaway and Tyler Byrd), but Chryst also threw high once and had two more worm burners into the ground for incompletions.

Again, the routes on air period are not the end-all, be-all, but as has been the case early in fall camp, one quarterback has been much sharper than the rest.

NO FUMBLES!

Tight ends coach Brian Niedermeyer was hounding his group running through the blaster Thursday, screaming, “High and tight! There won’t be any fumbles from this group!”

After a couple poor technique efforts from Dominick Wood-Anderson and James Brown, Niedermeyer made his entire unit do up-downs.

Also on Thursday, the tight ends worked with the chute on run blocking drills.

THIS & THAT

*** I didn’t spend much time at all watching the OLBs, but during one rep, Chris Rumph was giving Dillon Bates the business. He made Bates redo the rep and was all over him about his effort.

*** The wideouts worked on downfield run blocking early during the first period.

*** Jennings did not participate in any routes on air today.

*** Tracy Rocker still got on some guys (notably John Mincey and Kingston Harris), but overall, Tennessee’s DL coach was in a much better mood today. The group was working on ripping through blocks, with Matthew Butler, Alexis Johnson and Kyle Phillips all eliciting compliments from Rocker. “There you go! I like it,” Rocker shouted. While Mincey didn’t receive the same praise, the freshman is having a solid camp and looks to be a potential contributor early for the Vols.

We are currently living through one of the most rapid mass extinctions in this planet's history. If anyone is around to study it in 10 million years, our time as the dominant species is going to be a chapter in some textbook as how intelligent species can cause brutal natural disasters.

The money quote is "The current rate of extinction of species is estimated at 100 to 1,000 times higher than natural background rate."

So my brother gifted me an Athletic subscription and the first thing I read is Stewart Mandel's mailbag where he refers to the Tennessee/WVU game as "the Mountaineers-Vols slaughter" with the word "showdown" crossed out before slaughter.

I can't believe he has such a low opinion of West Virginia. Sad.
