Also, I believe, you're mired in this need to justify your sh*tty handle. 😉
Butchna, brother, I have agreed with you from afar many many times, but I will never agree with your assessment of this. Go Vols, my man!
My screenname is my screenname. There’s no hidden meaning to it...if it messes other posters up? More the better. You also mistake my goal in our exchange. I give a rat’s azz if you agree...just going to continue the conversation until you accept the same from me.

Cincinnati should never bear UT in neyland stadium. That’s not a fair assessment of the situation.

Also by your logic whoever the hell was coaching at Wyoming is better than Phil....
And if that's what you got out of what I was saying, have at it. You're wrong, but go ahead.
You said yourself, Cincy should never beat UT in Neyland. So, by this assessment, Wyoming should have never beaten Fulmer and UT in Neyland...on Homecoming. It's called an upset. My point was, why couldn't Butch, with a far better team than Wyoming, pull off the upset, if he is such the superior coach?

How much of a rat's azz do you give?

Because Dooley wasn't running the spread option with Tyler Bray like Butch was with Justin Worley?? That could be one reason?
Also, you guys are right about 4-7. I was wrong; I forgot about Chaney coaching against Ky.

Not sure how that has anything to do with the results. Worley beat a ranked Carolina team and arguably kept them out of the BCS. I still have no problem saying Worley could have been fine in that offense with a little better scheming. Simply put, Butch left more than what Dooley left.

And Butch kept Dobbs on the bench while trying to run the spread option with Justin Worley.
And I'll just look at head to head, Dooley won. Butch lost the bowl for suckiest coach ever.
Dobbs was a true freshman who wished to redshirt...won ONE game and Worley beat fourth ranked SC.

And Butch was the Cincy coach during that matchup. So your bowl doesn’t make sense. In REAL bowls, Dooley lost the only one he made and Butch won 3. So vastly better success and vastly better coach...and he still sucked...but nowhere close to Dooley level. 😎

Well, I guess I give a rats azz if you can understand joking banter. If you think your name is "messing" me up, that assessment is as poor as the one you have about Dooley and Butch. And if you wish to continue the conversation until this and that, I have no problems continuing to disagree whenever it merits doing so.

For a time, Butch made football exciting again. Dooley never did. That run to end 15 and start 16 was one of the better football times I've experienced. When Butch called that very extended timeout right at the end of the Florida game, I truly thought we had our guy.

If it was a “far better” team, then you’re admitting Butch built a mid-major team into a team that “should have upset” a SEC school. Quite a kudo.

I'm sorry, you lost me at Worley being fine in a spread option offense.

Starting freshman/rookie corners isn’t really that big of a deal in college or NFL. Hell Marcus lattimore was one of the best corners in the nfl this year. Cam Sutton was dynamic was a freshman.

They are so dependant on pass rush anyway. Only the best corners can hold up so long.

If we find a decent pass rush we will be fine.
This. DB and RB are the easiest positions for true freshmen to make an impact.

I got the broad brand brah! I didn’t say YOU btw but I guess I didn’t need to. If the defensive shoe fits. 🤫

It’s called circumstances. Fulmer had just been fired. I hate that you think this argument can be made in a vacuum. Dooley had at about 6 NFL players starting on offense.

Yea, whatever. All Worley had to do was keep it a few times a game. He had times where the field was open. You don’t have to have a Dobbs to keep the defense honest. Just needed a little better scheming. If the defense makes a stop in 2013, Worley also beats a ranked UGA team.

Fine...beat a top 4 team...what ev’s
Hey, I'll be the first to admit every dog has his day. Too bad Butch couldn't have his the day he met Dooley head to head, couldn't even get close, actually.

I'm sorry, you lost me again talking about Worley in the spread option.

Anyone else having a problem where when you click on a thread, even if you've never even looked at said thread before, it automatically sends you to the very last comment? Not the one you actually last read?

Hadn’t seen this part of the AK article discussed yet...

“Kamara and his teammates purchased BB guns at Walmart one night and fired them off randomly around campus, shooting up a pizza driver at a traffic light and a Waffle House window. They also cracked a large panel of the school's engineering building. He eventually got caught, receiving a $3,000 bill that Kamara says Tennessee paid off when he transferred.”

Did AK just call us out for a recruiting violation?
