It wasn’t fair to Simmons, but if you’re ESPN you’d rather people give you a hard time for talking about it too much as not enough and being accused of “sweeping it under the rug.”

Regardless, I think it’s a decent pick and the kid made a really bad decision when he was in high school, but has seemingly shown people he’s a changed young man.
