If a majority of people in Knoxville quit visiting the pilot stores they'd feel it. Each one is a profit center. To what degree is debatable, but they'd feel it.

Ainge really talking up how good Pruitt etc are at teaching football and football basics. Basically that our team and players lacked some fundamental understanding of the game.

We wouldn't be organized enough to do that. And a majority of knoxville wouldn't be in on something like that. Boycotting pilot would never work.

Mob/rioting is the only thing that is gonna work. If they regain control I'm out.

I told everyone on this board what was happening when we hired Currie and people scoffed and told me to shut up. If we go down that same road again I am out.

With social media the way it is, these boycotts could cause sone damage.

He plays exactly like Jarvis Landry. It’s really crazy. He balled out in a scrimmage and practices last year. I thought he was gonna be one of your go to guys especially after Jennings was hurt

I promise you it wouldn't man. Pilot doesn't care about the local gas station. Their money is travel centers and wholesale fuel sells. Pilot is gonna sell fuel and even if the die hard crazy fans stopped doing business with them they wouldn't feel it for a LOOOONG time and most wouldn't stick to it long enough to matter.

Would not work at all.

Also, something that I observed from the highlights that I cannot wait to see...toss power sweeps to the tailbacks out of power formation and motion routes from the slot. Some of my favorite offensive action that has been gone since Kiffin was here.

Not going to lie. I was worried about Emerson being a Jacques smith type looks like Tarzan plays like Jane. His highlights not that impressive as a junior. Seemed to make his name in camps. I gave him benefit of the doubt though as he didn't play as a sr and a lot of people hit the turbo button in sr yr

Because you're better than them? If you want to check out, that is totally your prerogative. But I agree with Doc. We should continue to keep fighting it until we just cannot. I think we can still support the players who are out there giving their all for our school.

Listen to this. Cliff notes version: Bill trying to ramrod this focus act through quickly to change how the BOT is configured. Basically he is gonna trim the BOT and then either get appointed as Prez or put his own guy in there.

Dipetrio is on his way out. Bev's days are numbered.

I would think the travel centers and wholesale fuel cells are under contract at a discounted rate. Those users would be reluctant to make any changes, nor would they be able to boycott.

I've reached that point. Sick of them making decisions based on comfort and self preservation.

If we don't move toward a winning culture at the top I am out.

Call me whatever you want. I've reached my breaking point with them. I'll watch the Braves and go fishing.
