Dang I’m one of the lucky ones. I’m 6’3 185 and have eaten what I want when I want how I want and usually sleep 7-9 hours a night. My metabolism is through the roof so I guess I’m really screwed when it slows down.

Im 43, 6 foot 180,lean. Never worked out a day in my life. Set a clock by my potty schedule.
Eat everything, drink sweet tea all day and Corona in the evening. I just go,go,go all the time and stay busy, grandpa's built in work ethic.

Have you ever picked up a car over your head or squatted 1,000 pounds?

I'll add this evidence based video to the fat loss discussion. As a coach, I stand nearly 100% behind this. The exception is the rate of fat loss if you are obese. When you are obese, you can push fat loss harder and still maintain muscle mass (even gain) and not slow down the rate of fat loss. IIRC, the study Jeremy cites does not include obese individuals, but those who are just generally overweight.

If you are over 26% body fat as a male (35% female), you can push for maximum progress

And it's really not "no carb" - it's no sugar/starchy carb. Healthy carbs, like certain vegetables and fruits, are fine except at the beginning when you're trying to kick the "addiction". It's also good to limit the healthy carbs and focus on proteins and good fats when you're trying to lose weight.

I know...I'm just lazy and didn't want to go into detail.

Bro get that mess outta here. Ain’t nobody gotta lift to have a sexy dad bod that the ladies love

I'm about to start exercising again. I run semi-regularly but haven't lifted in 10 years. I consider myself out of shape, I have consumed copious amounts of sugar my whole life and ate really unhealthy. I have started to feel like crap and have no energy lately. I don't need to lose weight though, I'm 5'10 135 lbs soaking wet. Would keto be something I should give a try or no?

No one cares :eyeroll:

One would think...

Seriously, is there possibly a rule where the host country is an automatic invite/qualifier?

Yes we automatically qualify. But with the way our youth development has improved we should be a lot better by then than we have been before.
