Haha I don't skip my bacon and eggs.

You really eat that much?

Have you ever tried butter in coffee in the evenings to reduce hunger? A lot of times when I’m bored at night (fiancée works late), I end up snacking and I’m trying to cut back. Coffee in the evening is usually okay for me as long as it isn’t too much and it isn’t right before bed.

My normal breakfast is a big serving of hashbrowns cooked with onions and jalapeños with some hot sauce on top, with 3 slabs of bacon cooked medium, and an avocado. Doesn’t get any better than that

So what is the recipe for bulletproof coffee?

Various recipes out there, but basically it’s:

1 cup coffee
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon coconut or MCT oil
1/2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

You can add vanilla extract and stevia to sweeten it up a bit and still be keto friendly. Blend it all up. It’s frothy goodness.

I'm about to start using 100% MCT oil for cooking and, based on the information I've seen, am thinking it will have similar effects. Do you know anything about it?

Pure MCT oil will give you epic butt-blasters until you get used to it. Coconut oil has never done that to me. Actually, that isn't true...one coconut oil did, but it was a "liquid at room temp" oil, that basically has had the longer of the three primary chains removed...aka, MCT oil derived from coconut. Be careful.

This is how I picture Sleegro after arguing with Hank

Unless something changes from Spring, that title will be lost this upcoming season.

Special teams as a whole were pretty rough.

Yup. I'm just hoping to never have to realize our punter is our best player again. :)

Even if I'm using it for cooking (rather than adding it to a beverage, etc.)?

I've been taking a cbd oil that uses MCT as well. It's by CBD Drip, I absolutely love it. Have one for relief/recovery, and another for energy/boost. Both work very well at what they are designed to target.
