Recruiting Forum Football Talk LIII

Not from Alabama but it is my understanding that since he is vested there he could come to another state and stay long enough and actually draw two different retirements.

Now is there much difference in one big state retirement over 2 states smaller ones I don't know

Usually it doesn't make sense financially. I've taught in the state of SC for 20 years. I'm constantly considering and wishing to move back to TN. When I look at the retirement part of it, it's a financial no brainer.

During the later years of your career, retirement stash increases much more than in earlier years because you're rewarded for years of service. There are always exceptions for different situations, but in general this is how it is.

The best is grocery shopping with your wife. Leave her standing there with it and walk away. Watch people’s faces as they walk around her from the end of the aisle.

My wife hates that

Been married so long to the same woman she knows by looking at the concentration on my face that I am about to pass gas and trying to keep it quite. She grabs the buggy and takes off telling me I am not going to put that on her. :eek:lol:

I thought they were gonna suck? :dunno:
I said that early last offseason and then changed my tune pretty quickly. Talked to my Clemson buddies and they convinced me they would be fine.

Prediction I stuck by was that ended up being wrong was that south carolina would have a good offense. Kurt Roper screwed that up. That will be different next year if they end up hiring the Nc state OC which is the word right now.

😂

I love those moments when you rip one at a party then one by one the innocent bystanders start to curl their nose but maintain a smiling posture, carrying on a serious convo, acting all coy like they don’t know vicious fart molecules didn’t just enter their mucous membranes.
"Crop Dustin" one of America's favorite pastimes.😁

Jesse Palmer agrees with me FWIW lol. Which is not much.
Lol just saw that. It’s a legit debate. I was hoping OSU would make it in over bama. 1) because buck fama and 2) so we could watch those two defenses go against each other. OSU just wasn’t quite ready last year

I'd be fine with that happening. Bring us McClendon for WR Coach.

:good!:

So... Butch, Barb and the boys are still living in Knoxville? At least he's supporting the local economy while spending our money.

The worst is when your 3 year old daughter announces to everyone in the store “EWWWW!!! Dad, you POOTED!”

Can’t blame that on the wife OR the daughter. Just own it.

I just throw my head back and belly laugh. That’s owning it. No need in looking ashamed, God gave us that power.

The "I am not concerned about the RB group, we will be fine when JK leaves" group is ridiculous. These are probably the same people who said the offensive line would be the strength of the team in 2017. John Kelly leaving is a big blow to this RB core and now the only proven back we have is Chandler. Fils-Aime has shown a little, but I do not think he has the size to make an impact in every game. Behind that we have a couple running backs that have little to no experience. It is okay to have a positive attitude about the situation, but do not blatantly lie about our current position.

Hard to say this without it sounding snarky but you realize we are talking about college football right? Turnover is constant. We are lucky to have 2 backs with lots of experience and potential (not to mention Chandler looks like a star) and a third that looked good in limited playing time. Add in one or two freshmen and there is little reason to worry about the RB position.

Get used to having to replace Jr starters with younger talent again.

I don't get it

The USC cheerleaders are called song girls instead. Eyes is just a joke. She has nice "eyes" can mean another part of the anatomy.

There is a Benny Hill routine that has a song that says...

I like her costume
It barely fits
I like her shoulders
I like her.....eyes...

These beer farts are turning into something much more

Guch be like

Urb's got his Buckeyes looking like arguably the best team in the country. Big, fast and dominate upfront. He's definitely approaching top 5 all time CFB coach if he isn't there already IMO.

They look strong, but USC is not all that great, to be honest.
