Required Ingredients:
Apple Cider Vinegar ¼ cup
Cayenne Pepper ½ tsp
Powdered Ginger ½ tsp
Organic Honey 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice ¼ cup
Process:
1. In a pot, take the apple cider vinegar and the lemon juice, and mix thoroughly.
2. Now simmer this mixture in a low flame for few seconds.
3. Add the honey, cayenne pepper and powdered ginger to the mixture, and stir well to mix all the ingredients properly.
4. Store this mixture in a jar and keep in a dark cool place.
5. Whenever you get affected by sinus infection, take 1 to 2 tbsp of this mixture to get immediate relief from it.
Add some turmeric, it does wonders.
