Rumph is very highly regarded as well.

I underestimated the angry DMV employee. I thought his staff would be SEC rejects. He's killing it. We lucked into an awesome hire, IMO.

I love that we're not having to google our new coaches. These are incredible hires

Remember Rocker coaching for the Titans. Seemed underwhelming for what I recall and the hype he received when Titans hired him. May have more to do with Munchak and the roster back then than Rockers ability.

With who we have rumored I would put us top 3 for recruiting staffs in SEC. If we get Austin too from LSU that could slide us into 2nd by weakening them.

So as I understand it on day one CJP stayed up really late working and offered about a half dozen recruits. At this point our last two coaches one was picking out rugs for his office, and the other was editing his promo video. I think we have an actual football coach this time.

Can't have too many elite recruiters. 2008 and 2014 recruiter of the year. Hired by Saban twice at LSU and Bama. Pretty much stays employed 247 at various SEC programs. Could do a lot worse than him.

I could see Pruitt trying to get as many top recruiters as possible for the next 2-3 years and then deciding who is carrying their weight once the team is fully built and the roster is stockpiled.

For Lawrence I would make the trip....you throw everything at him. Even the soap you use to clean the kitchen sink
