On Rumph
Rumph making the transition from Florida to Tennessee, according to Sports Illustrated‘s Bruce Feldman, is undoubtedly an interesting one. He just completed the first of a new three-year $1.8 million contract and was promoted to interim defensive coordinator after Randy Shannon took over as interim coach.

Not considered a strong recruiter, Rumph is nevertheless a solid position coach who has held the position at Clemson, Alabama, Texas and Florida over the last decade. The Gators will now have to go up against his Vols defensive lines, which should make for a couple interesting Saturdays in the future.

Says he is not considered a strong recruiter. Has been with a number of good D's.

In January 2014, Rocker was let go by the Titans and was hired to be the defensive line coach for the Georgia Bulldogs. On January 12, 2015, Rocker was promoted to Associate Head Coach. On February, 7 2017, Rocker was fired as the Georgia Bulldogs defensive line coach.[4] Rocker was revealed to have committed a minor recruiting violation while at Georgia although the violation was unrelated to his firing.[5]

That’s why I was confused because that post said something about not thinking he would make a lateral move

We probably won’t see the effect until next year but man I would love it if he dropped like three 5stars and a top 10 class this recruiting cycle

From UF's best reporter in 2015

Terrell Williams a very good developer on D-line, but from everything I've heard about the two, Chris Rumph an upgrade as recruiter.

Rumph will recruit just fine
