Memphis defense is doodoo not even attempting to stop anyone. UCF is at least making Memphis take a few plays before scoring. Memphis just like screw defense throw your 80 yd td so we can be on offense

I will repeat- 9 starters on defense are freshmen, sophomores, or juco. Injuries and dismissals have caused them to lose at least 5 defensive players, most even before the midpoint of the year.

It's kind of like last year's Shoop defense except their offense has them at 10-1.

I meant to Trey Wallace's Tweet in, but took the wrong screenshot. Also, isn't about everything on here someone's opinion?

Yes you are correct, however your original post was as if someone with knowledge posted Leach is still in play. I see where you edited it.

Please don’t take my post as I was being rude, it was a question how did we come to that conclusion from a random poster.

Are th a offenses this good or are both defenses just garbage? I honestly can't tell but it's a fun game to watch!

I figured you didn't see the post. I don't get upset over this stuff. I've been a member since '08, but only recently started posting. Actually had been good for me to talk to people who love UT like me.

Never ever punt or kick off. Kickers are useless with these coaches

My freshman year I had a kicker as a roommate. I remember one August day limping into our room after our second two a day. He’s laying on the couch and said coach told me to come back and not kick this afternoon. Said he didn’t want me to get my leg to tired.

I thought I was going to lose my **** right there.

His record is 44-24. That doesn’t include his NFL record. Also 2 schools on probation after he left.

* Record is a little skewed. He walked into a lot of Pete Carroll's mess afterwards and had a lot of disadvantages (reduction of scholarships, etc..)

* His issues weren't nearly as terrible as many portray. He might have gotten a little lucky once Bruce's investigation amped up, though. He was young and first head coaching job. He was doing things that all coaches do now, he just didn't know how to do it without getting caught. You wonder why it took Kirby a year to get his feet wet. SEC recruiting is a while different beast.

*If you're referring to his head coaching stint at USC as his second school on probation, I'm pretty sure that's not accurate.

Lastly,to be fair, that's a damn good record with the talent he had on his TN team, and the first 2 years at USC..

What makes Brohm such a great hire? Not being a smart ass, but are other schools clamoring for him?

Good point. I know Leach can't recruit, (apparently), and Lane is a walking pile of excrement, but I would be worried if they got hired by some other team in the SEC. I think the same can be said for Frost.

lol

USC was on probation when he got there.

UT lost some official visits

Had us almost on probation after one year.

And how many of his recruits actually played meaningful snaps for UT? How many were dismissed or left the team?

I'd rather take Bill Clark at UAB then take Kiffin, and that's no slight towards Bill, he's a fantastic coach.
