Most mocks have him in the first round sight unseen. I think as long as he comes back and plays well he'll be a first round pick. I can't tell you what playing well would have to look like. I lean towards teams are going to take a chance on him because the talent is just too tantalizing.

Mccoy is the closest thing we have to a "lock" as a 1st round pick. Every single mock I have seen has him going in the 1st while taking the injury into account. The only way he plays himself out of that discussion is if he comes back and just isnt the same. He could shut it down and coast to April knowing he will be a 1st rounder. He really has everything to lose and not much gain. I think it kinda speaks to his character and love for his teammates/coaches to even attempt to play this year.
