My ability to dunk a basketball will eventually happen. And when it pops it's going to be amazing. Just a matter of time. Been ready to pop since 1995.
I kept trying to dunk as a sophomore in HS. I was barely getting over the rim. A dude told me to "attack the basket" more. So I jumped on slung my hand at the goal at warp speed. Unfortunately for me, I was just off target. My middle finger hit the basket and ripped my nail almost all the way off. 😂, it hurt so bad I wanted to curl up and cry.

Pass rush will feast with our upcoming games minus Arkansas. PFF (grain of salt) has a stat that shows how long it takes for a QB to throw after the snap. Every team expect the one mentioned above is over 3 seconds and that’s plenty of time for Joseph, Bailey & West.

over the site grades for the players, honestly

Boo has been a net positive IMO. Muffs aside, he does what he needs to do.

Last game, he set the tone flipping that Miss St WR early, which I appreciated. We needed to be quick to the boundary and violent. I think Boo did fine.
This. It’s time to get over the offseason stuff and him and players to lock in together. He can help us be our best.

I say again, should be #1 for Biletnikoff award right now.
They've pumped up Jeremiah Smith so much during the off-season that it's gonna be hard for anyone else to get a serious look. He's gonna have to make them pay attention. They won't be able to ignore him if he keeps going at this rate.

If you are white, You would have better luck on Jeopardy than dunking, Billy.

I still don’t think it was clock mismanagement. I think it was intentionally burning time making sure msu never got the ball back. Playing not to lose, thinking maybe field goal chance but accepting overtime versus giving their offense any kind of possession. We need to play to win from here on out and stop the mindset of just trying not to lose. I like heup. But he meant to “waste” clock in my opinion and I do not like that mindset.
What I think most people overlook here is how the 1st play of the drive was critical to his decision tree. We only picked up 2 yards and it was 2nd and 8 within our own 30...if we use a TO or go fast, we could be looking at 3rd and long with 1:10 left. Not a great spot to put yourself in.

I agreed with it. We still had a good chance to end it in regulation, but failed to execute. Unlike vs UGA, you're in a better spot heading to OT(s).

I was fine with it then, but there were dozens of seconds lost after that play later.

Yeah, I think this highlights how weird grades are... Hood had a pick 6 and 2 TFLs and 6 total tackles, Boo had 0 tackles and just 1 pass deflection

In other words 1. you're talking about LAST game when Boo had a high grade against UAB OR 2. the grading you're talking about is absolute sh!t
Grades <> stats

If a defender guards so well that the QB never even attempts a pass his way, then they record nk stats but played perfect defense, in theory.

A QB can also throw 0 picks, while having thrown 5 balls right into defenders' hands, with 3 of them being dropped and 2 being tip drilled for TDs. Statistically, good game. In reality, an awful performance.

Which is why most never understand grades. They don't watch and grade every single play. Just focus on old school box stats.

In short, there's very good reason every NFL franchise uses PFF and works closely with them in various capacities. And fans keep losing their minds over their outputs.
