Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

I'm thinking of doing a gofundme too if anyone would be interested in donating/spreading it around. I hate asking and I know I should've done back when the fire happened or right when Brian died (there was no way I had the mind/heart to do so then) but I'm at the point where I don't have a lot of choices left. We were together for nearly 27 years and I'm starting over from scratch -- not the scratch that most ppl say but really from scratch (few possessions and no running vehicle). I'm really hoping I can get into one of those well paying studies. That would help me out so much.

Awesome. Let us know how it goes. I wouldn't mind to do one if I could do it on weekends or something.

For sure. And I don't mind doing a 6 day or what have you. Freshly widowed, I don't have the need or responsibility to be home. And tbh, right now I don't want to be home.

She is passing so far. She has this semester and one more to go. It is so much material that is crammed into a semester. It is very difficult for her and I’m trying to help.
If you wanted to help perhaps you could do flashcards with stuff that she thinks might be important to remember. I know it's a lot of reading, but that's most of the work. You just have to read and take notes of things you want to make sure you remember.

Just as rare that even with as highly rated as they were they played above their ranking.
Haynesworth didn’t. He was known as a lazy player and didn’t start full time (Rashad Moore, another NFL starter was a starter ahead of him in 2000 and co-started in 01). He did have a pretty good junior year, but was drafted as high as he was based mostly on upside. He never made 1st team All SEC. He was a much better pro than college player.

Now Henderson was a beast in college. He was a really good pro, but great college player. Haynesworth was a great pro, but good college player.

You'd probably actually like the change of scenery and meeting/talking to new people there. Ask them what they have for "in-patient studies". They should have something going on that will help.

Absolutely, right now I'm desperate for new people and new experiences. I dream of getting in a car and just driving -- no destination, just getting away for longer than a short walk. New scenery that doesn't constantly remind me of him would be great. I haven't gotten a call back yet so I'm assuming it will prob. be tomorrow before they get to me. I hope I qualify for something.

I'm tempted to call and see if I could do one. If I could trust anyone to actually do work when I'm not around, I would.
