Good stuff, thanks. Here's a little info on Ohtani, 14 hits on 68 at bats, with 2 HRs against the Reds, 1-7 against Hunter Greene@The Dog
Dodgers ML tonight
Hunter Greene 1-3 all time against Dodgers.
0-3 at their stadium
1-4 on the road this season.
Maybe Ohtani or Muncy HR to add to it.
The numbers are what they are because of it too. This offense, when humming, always puts a lot of pressure on the defense. I figure we should be used to it at this point. The trademark of a Tim Banks defense is to bend but don't break. The pass rush numbers this year are phenomenal.Look at how many snaps our defense is seeing per game. It’s similar to ‘22 BUT they could be off the field a lot more with better execution.
Is Charles playing better than either of our two guys? I haven't even noticed him when watching Virginia play but I forgot he was there. Thomas would be able to help us this year, but spending less at safety allows us to do ridiculous things like stack NFL defensive backs and linemen.I'd have liked Charles or Thomas to stay for depth.
Impressive research my brother.Charles is at Virginia now in 5 games: 18 combined tackles, 1 TFL, 1 PD
Thomas is at Miami now in 4 games: 15 combined tackles, 2 TFLs, 1 sack, 1 FR, 1 FF
Harrison is at Cincinnati now in 4 games: 17 combined tackles, 1 TFL, 1 PD
Slaughter is at Colorado and barely plays, Matthews is at Vandy and has only played in blowouts
McMurry in 5 games: 28 combined tackles, 4 TFLs, 1.5 sacks, 3 PDs
Turrentine in 5 games: 26 combined tackles, 1 int
Farooq in 5 games: 24 combined tackles, 2 PDs
Kaleb Beasley in 5 games: 12 combined tackles, 1 FR and 1 TD
Boo in 5 games: 17 combined tackles, 4 TFLs, 1 sack 1 PD, 2 FF

You could see the potential last year with Brazzell’s game-winning diving TD catch against Bama and his big-time critical catch of a ball high and behind him vs Florida.Brazzell just looks like an NFL receiver too. His talent is so apparent you can tell he'd be successful in any system. That translates.
Through 5 games:
'25 Chris Brazzell
'22 Jalin Hyatt
- 31 receptions
- 531 yards
- 7 TD
- 27 receptions
- 388 yards
- 5 TD
Arkansas has always had good OL play. No surprise. In my view, the jury is still out on how hard those guys are going to play for Petrino. They all loved Pittman. I don't think I've ever heard anyone say they don't LIKE Sam Pittman. As far as the industry goes, he's always seemed like one of the more honest.Pass rush will feast with our upcoming games minus Arkansas. PFF (grain of salt) has a stat that shows how long it takes for a QB to throw after the snap. Every team expect the one mentioned above is over 3 seconds and that’s plenty of time for Joseph, Bailey & West.
It's kind of different when the bad guys are pissing off the team leaders, ya know? Things seem to be going better though. The first couple of weeks, Boo never had other starters come up and give him props. Just the other special teamers. I have been focusing on this closely just to get a vibe. Last week, I saw Arion and some DLinemen give him some taps on the head and stuff like that after he made plays. I think things have cooled off and he's earning his spot and respect back.every team needs some "bad guys" around.
