I think you are talking about when we got the first down at 13 seconds. We snapped it at 12, so we only lost a second. I can accept that argument since every second counted, but we snapped it quickly. That one doesn't bother me. Right before the end of the 4th does. The RB is tackled with 18 ish seconds on the clock. Burn a TO there, it doesn't matter if you have 2 plays called. At best you snap at 10 seconds, where you could've read 2 plays if you burned a TO
I mean…. It was “discussed” at the end of last season. IF it was even talked about, it should have been done then.Yeah he did… it’s bad. I am surprised dude isn’t fired yet.
I also think part of it is the Trump effect. He was rich and famous and has had success, so now others think “why the Hell not, it worked for him and I got the money.”Just the Senate? Why not president like Stephen A?
I do get a kick out of it. Never managed anybody. Never run an organization. Never been to a city counsel meeting... But screw all that boring stuff, I know how to run my mouth so I'm going to DC!
I'm sympathetic to his motivations. But thinking it's appropriate to channel that into just becoming a US senator is just typical talking head narcissism.
He was def worried about giving the ball back. I think that’s the wrong mentality. Go win the game. Be smart about it but go win the game.Love Heup but he has to take a class on clock management. Running 6 plays in 1:23 with 3 TOs and the clock stopping on 1st downs and you run out of time is mind-boggling.
Packers last night ran 6 plays in 42 seconds before kicking the game tying FG.
