Rodney Garner’s pass rushing DL was the difference in yesterday’s game, IMO. Incredible unit.

Run stopping can be better but getting pressure on Shapen on nearly every play was noticeable, especially by Miss St fans around me.

I think we need more of a mix of body types at DT. I love the athletic 295-310 pound guys, but mix in a couple of 320-330 pound run stuffers as well.

The league office tries to grant one special request for each school regarding their schedules. UGA and Alabama both requested a bye week before their game. Tennessee requested that the Florida game occur late in the season.

I wonder what we’ll request for next year.

Wish Spillman or one of the young lbs could unseat Telander/Bolton. We need more athleticism at LB

Coaches have to be willing to play them and live with some busts but better athleticism and more plays.

Must be how my brain works. But, that bogus PI is one of the main things stuck in my head about the game.

It should, considering on a MSU TD drive Hood got called for a PI that was far less contact than the CB engaged with Brazzell... even if you 100% are calling a PI there I'm not sure how it wasn't offsetting cause Brazzell only ended up in contact because the CB engaged.

He missed some deep balls he shouldn’t have and had some head scratching misses on would be 3rd down conversions. He turned up and came up big in second half but I wouldn’t say it was his best game.

I didn't see very many misses. Like two bad ones? Don't remember any deep ball misses. Maybe the one to Stayley before the end of regulation was a little behind. If it hit him in stride its ball game.

Man...if this DL ever gets to full health they are going to end up being pretty unstoppable.

Herring with 1.5 sacks in the same drive to close the 2nd quarter. West despite being banged up getting 2 sacks. Still waiting for Hobbs to return, Moi obviously not 100% yet... but all these younger guys are getting tons of experience because of it.

Should be very healthy by Bama.

Hobbs, Moi and McCoy at all back and full go by Bama? Yes pleaaase.
