Vols 1st half points o19.5 + Vols -6.5 for around +180. Could swap the -6.5 spread with o62.5pts total, or just add it to the parlay, imo.

Well I don't think that's really the allegation. The lawsuit claims that it took 39 days from the time Brooks reported symptoms to the time he got the diagnosis. Allegedly because the LSU training staff was hesitant to send him to a neurologist.

I think there's a handful of issues there. Did that 39 days make a difference in the prognosis? Is 39 days an unreasonable amount of time? If I wanted an MRI and a neurologist to look at it I feel like it would take me a similar amount of time to do that.

But Brian Kelly knowing he had brain cancer and forcing him to play (not sure how he would even be able to do that) is not part of the story from what I can tell.

Thank you for clearing that up. I’ve read things here or there that suggested that he was “forced” to play. It’s a sad situation regardless.
