I'm thinking about finding another job.

I'm going to keep working for my company, but just shift to part time...I actually love my job and my boss said he will work around our traveling because I helped him build his business to what it is now. I started with him eight years ago when he just had five drivers, but we are up to 17 now and that it is all because me and the other 3 drivers still left from when I started did such a great job that we are the most requested Medical Transit subcontractor in our main contractors 15 county area...by a very large margin.
