What’s funny to me about all this is during the offseason you could see that the media metaphorically sucking off the Gators was getting to their heads even though they hadn’t accomplished anything yet and now they’re falling flat on their faces lol.

I’d love to see Merklinger succeed here but I just don’t see it with him, unfortunately. Offense looks out of sync when he’s in there. And yes, I know it’s with backups but I don’t see him as QB1 here ever.
