We also only gave up 1 sack to GA. I haven’t looked but I can bet it’s been 9 years since that’s occurred.

I know we are all starting to get over that gut punch Saturday, I know I am. We still have a lot of football left. Mississippi state won’t be easy but we have a QB to get us through that one. (Bye week) We get our revenge on Arkansas (Dare we orange out the stadium) then we travel to Alabama. We will score on them likely getting to the 40 mark. I think it’ll be enough if we are healthy on the defensive line. We mustard out a win in bubbatown and travel to Lexington for a potential trap game. I don’t believe Stoops will still have the locker room by then. We get ahead early there and don’t look back.

We enter November 7-1 with Oklahoma coming to THE Colosseum. It will be our dark mode game and it will be the loudest game in Neyland since Bama in ‘22. Oklahoma schedule is light compared to how we thought it would look with them likely being 8-0 coming to into this one. The key difference in this game will be Josh Heupel and his desire to beat the team who showed him the door. We leave that one 8-1 with another bye week looming. New Mexico State will be a tune up game to prepare for the game in Gainesville.

We might have come up short on ending that Georgia streak but we will end the streak of losses down in the Swamp. We the. get Vandy at home and honestly the little brother looks like a okay team this year but it doesn’t matter. Hype will try to run the score up to get us where we need to be for the playoffs.

10-1. 3rd in the SEC standings.(1.UGA, 2. A&M)

I don’t know how the playoffs will work for how I think the rest off this year will play out but Neyland having a playoff game gives me chills.

Same. Every team I liked as a kid was elite. Braves, Vols, and Bulls. Then the Titans came along and immediately made it to the Super Bowl! I really had no idea what I was witnessing. It was like somehow being a Pats, Warriors, Bama, and SF Giants fan in 2015 or something.
