*I was 12 yrs old, the 1st time I watched Blazing Saddles and I couldn't believe what I had heard and seen. I'm 50 now and still can't believe Mel Brooks got away with it.![]()
?? This was a discussion about Mateer, not Nico.If he'd stop panicking, trust the OL (which will also likely get him killed at UCLA), and get through his reads, he may be alright.
I have never seen anyone mess their career up so bad in less than 4 months. He was sitting shotgun inside of a gold mine and crushed it like an empty diet-rite can.
I played college ball in Jonesboro for ASU, not a chance in hell he goes thereI wouldn't mind seeing Arkansas State take a run at Nico.![]()
One of my all time fave scenes.*Blazing Saddles is a 1974 American satirical postmodernist Western comedy film directed by Mel Brooks, who co-wrote the screenplay with Andrew Bergman, Richard Pryor, Norman Steinberg and Alan Uger, based on a story treatment by Bergman.
Is ASU Arkansas State University in this bizarro world?I played college ball in Jonesboro for ASU, not a chance in hell he goes there. Freshman introduction(yes, that class is a requirement there) they made us stand up and announce the number of graduates from our HS class. I said something like 260 and everyone looked at me like I was from New York City lol. Would be fun to see him with Butch though.
Wofford‘s administration must have begged the NCAA to give their program the death penalty so they could end the program without facing fan backlash. Everybody already hates the NCAA.How F….ed up is NCAA?
Wofford may have their basketball program shut down because 6 players accidentally ended up on the wrong meal plan…..an impermissible benefit of approximately $100.
NCAA are idiots.

Sorry bud, as I stated I played ball there. Some habits are hard to shake. Me, my Dad & Grandad still refer to it as ASU. My grandad still checks in on them to this day because of my time there, half the time I have no idea what he’s talking about in regards to them.Is ASU Arkansas State University in this bizarro world?
ASU is Arizona State University. It isn’t Arkansas State University or Appalachian State University.
