I've suppressed the missed fg so much that I may be growing a 3rd arm off the side of my neck. . .

. . .On the bright side, I think the loser's hangover has finally eased off, I just opened the betting app to make a bet for the first time this week. . . I got sick to my stomach when I tried to earlier this week. . .

Nah, he wanted to get that 3000th K I'm sure.

Part of what made him great was being able to adapt and be highly competitive even when his abilities diminished. He still has great command for the most part and still knows how to get guys out. Hell, he's 10-2 with a 3.53 this season. Two starts back, he struck out 8 batters. He's still good.

But it's a good time to retire. He got his 3k, still has a fresh WS ring, new baby on the way I think, and he gets to end it while he's doing well instead of ducking out with a whimper.

Should be a unanimous first ballot HOFer. Won't be 🙄 but should be.

10-3 with a whip of 1.22 and 3.53 era while throwing a fastball at 89 mph tops... Yes his 5th child will be here soon...

Just saw this….brought back a cool memory

Laugh all you want, but today, September 18th is an important day in’lil peaygolfs life….

In 1983, KISS finally “unmasked” themselves on MTV.

As a young 13 year old worshipping this band since I was 5……and having to hide it because of the crap music they put out in the early 80’s…..this was a big day for me……and millions of other proud members of the KISS Army

Thank you for making me happy for 50 years!

I think UNLV, UTEP, maybe Washington St would be about the best he can get. Between his play this season, late last year, and his dad's reputation, I think a lower lever "Western" school would be about the only ones still interested in Nico.
