this needs to be the loudest game in college football history
No mercy! No quarter! Yell louder until all the "barkers" either stay on the ground crying or until we see brown streaks on the back of all their pants. Leave them scarred!

The more therapy those guys have to pay for the rest of their lives, the less they can contribute to the Athens Drag Racing Association... I mean UGA football.

I think if UT makes a play early in the 1st quarter, it has a chance to be. If Neyland gets cranked up and there's some success, then look out!
It will be the loudest at the beginning if Georgia wins the toss and at the end if we're winning or it is close.

Vols - 34
UGA - 31

Statistically, Georgia's Eric Zeier had a definite edge over Tennessee's Heath Shuler in the battle of sophomore quarterbacks. But Shuler had the edge where it really counted -- on the scoreboard. Shuler scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns, the second with only 50 seconds remaining, to lead No. 20 Tennessee to a 34-31 triumph over No. 14 Georgia.
Zeier, who completed 18 of 26 passes for 354 yards, had driven Georgia to a 31-27 lead with six minutes remaining, as Garrison Hearst scored his third touchdown of the afternoon on a 17-yard run.

Shuler, who completed just 12 of 22 passes for 152 yards, had given Tennessee a 27-17 lead with a 4-yard TD run in the opening minutes of the final quarter. But Hearst, who also scored on a 4-yard run midway through the second quarter and finished with 161 rushing yards, closed the gap to 27-24 with 12 minutes left when he broke loose on a 64-yard scoring gallop.

But Shuler, who wound up with 233 yards passing and rushing, directed the Vols on an 80-yard march, which he capped himself with a 3-yard run.

Zeier, who was intercepted twice, appeared to have Georgia on the move in the closing seconds. But after a 37-yard completion, linebacker Reggie Ingram recovered an Andre Hastings fumble -- the fourth recovery in seven Georgia fumbles in the game -- and Tennessee ran out the clock.

The ONLY thing that bothers me about this is that we'll continue to hear the stupid speculation from some folks that he's sitting out due to an NIL dispute. It's a fact that he was hurt and it's common sense for them to not have his first college snaps be in one of the biggest and toughest games of the season.

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t Syracuse a game time decision and it was speculated he was sick? What kind of sickness this dude have lol and we sign kids like this to play against UGA, kind of the point.

Ultimately the weird feelings are there because there’s no transparency here.

Edit. I’ve been told it’s a shoulder issue.
