Yeah, I don’t care if you disagree, when you can have a sandwich and drink a Coke while in the pocket playing QB for a team because your OL is so good, anyone could look good behind that OL. It would be different if he put up great stats while running for his life, but he didn’t. When you have in 2 years 6 OL that start in the NFL and another that is 2nd string while having 2 really good skill players starting in the NFL and a few others that are backups, you don’t have to be great and you don’t have to be a leader. Dude is an alcoholic, so I’m not sure he was ever a real leader for that team even as a QB and I’m sure Kirby and company kept him out of trouble more than he actually led that team. Hence once he was no longer there he ended up screwing up as bad as he did.

In the first ever meeting between the two schools, UT rallied late to win 23-21. Alan Cockrell completed 18 of 31 passes for 194 yards and two TDs, helping Coach Majors defeat his former team.

Down 1, late in the game, Carlton Peoples recovered a Cyclone fumble in their own territory. UT was unable to get a first down, but Fuad Reveiz kicked a 52 yard FG (his 3rd of the day) to give UT the victory.

It's non stop. I've never seen a championship fanbase act like such losers. I guess when your team underperforms for 4 decades while being the only major program in the state with the densest high school talent pool, you never learn how to act like a winner.

Today is a somber day............... with it being 9/11 and after what happened yesterday.

This. I still hate Bama fans more but UGA has supplanted Florida fans on my bitin' list.

Here's how it will go down. Ill get all excited that there is a decent matchup on, get kids to bed. Kitchen clean. Sit down. Get game on, and once again be reminded how bad ACC football is. Its a tale as old as thyme.

So no one has any specific info on the injury to Sanders... but he's out for the third straight week, but walking around fine on the sidelines each game...

I bet Moi suits up, but he'll be the only one who does of those listed as questionable or out... Elbow strain that you can't really hurt any worse = steroid shot feeling no pain and stacking up sacks...

not sure why so many are picking us with the amount of critical position starters out... Guess they do not believe the narrative that Ga has been sandbagging these first few games. I will agree that you can't sandbag offensive line play, and they look very mid against mid competition. Guess we'll see...
