What in the hell about what I said makes you think I believe Napier is a better QB developer than Josh Heupel? I was just saying Lagway may just not be able to progress quickly enough and that missing a ton of practice only set him back further....just trying to be a little fair to Napier..

So all together they have 10 5*s and 25 4*s

Just on defense..

By comparison we have 3 5*s and 17 4*s on defense

We have done very well in evaluations across the roster..we have a lot of 3*s playing like 5*s....so that helps.


Their defense is just going to be a really tough nut to crack.

NONE of that factors in that Georgia lost TWENTY-FOUR players to the transfer portal two years ago and 15 this past cycle. Many of those were highly ranked recruits. Blue Chip ratio is not a good measure of the quality of a team's roster in the age of the transfer portal.

If he struggles against this loaded UGA defense, it is not the be-all end-all to judge him by. Kirby has had a full off-season and three weeks of game practice to prepare for us. I don't know if we've held any wrinkles back to throw at them...and we actually had to prepare for Syracuse....I guarantee you they have done nothing but prepare for us during and since the off-season.

I just hope we give them multiple creative looks, and leave nothing in the bag.
