Don’t start internet rumors. 2 weeks ago Hobbs’ return was supposed to be Georgia, and Moi almost came back in the game last week against Syracuse

Right now we are better on both sides of the line of scrimmage than Georgia and Neyland will be a big advantage. I think they will have at least 4 or 5 false starts.

One thing that could work in our favor is that Joey is pretty good at drawing PI's.

I think his playmaker ability is the thing that makes the difference either way in this one.

That and whether or not Stockton is a fraud. Our los has to be on par with them though.

And yet lowly GT, with fewer than 15 four-star players last year, took them to the wire and would have beaten them if they had a competent defense. GT almost pulled it off with strong offensive line play, a solid running game, and really good quarterback play.

If we can replicate those qualities, I believe our defense is good enough to hold them off. We need to come out aggressive like never before and set the tone early. Kick their teeth in on the first possession and showcase the all important Maxim No. 7: “Carry the fight to our opponent and keep it there for 60 minutes.”

My magic number is 30 points. If the Vols score 30, they win.

I don’t see Georgia scoring 30 in Neyland against our D. Not explosive enough.

Oh we can definitely win, they just have a more talented roster top to bottom than we do.

Everyone who makes this claim is looking at arbitrary recruiting rankings to determine this. Compare position by position who has the stronger team. Recruiting rankings are less useful than they were BEFORE the portal and they were mostly useless then.

Yes to Dolly, no to Chesney. I still have disdain for that turncoat back when he was the guest picker last time and chose Florida over us, even though he was there to represent the Vols! 🖕him.

Love “Touchdown Tennessee”, though.
