Nathan Robinson showed he can be effective at D-tackle. Has great size and that Coach G coaching really showed up with his hand usage. If you watch the BCB…
There offense is very basic and gunner can only run. Have to sell out for the run and play man. Need Boo ready to go so we can spell Ty and Hood with McMurray.
I still like our chances. I would only let the starters on DL play one series this weekend and then rest. We will need Eason, Bailey, Moi, and Wallace to handle the load (I say Wallace for his size). Moi isn’t playing which is good.
Likely the best chance we have had in a while to beat them. I for own want to see Campbell getting 20-25 snaps this weekend. See if his five star comes out and if he flashes, unleash him some against UGA too.
He was injured on the first TD drive from Syracuse. The 4th and 10 conversion. You can see his arm kind of gets twisted on the tackle.

They have serious issues. I have rewatched the game and their defense has problems. Their offensive line has major issues. I mean they could fix stuff because they have the dudes on paper but they have some really heavy lifting. I really don't think Simpson played that terrible, he was under constant harassment.Ya, everyone is acting like they won't make a bowl game. It was one game against a fsu team with a boat load of talent.
I didn't watch a minute of it. Felt bad, took a nap around 7, thought I would wake up before the game was over and I did, but just used the bathroom and went back to bed. I think it's official, I'm old.@The Dog
Good game, congratulations on victory... Cee Dee should've caught the deep one over the middle ....
Bojangles.I know a bunch of Vietnam vets that would beg to differ with you about that tat claim. Some rough old boys that a fairly inked up.
Also, Hardee's has the best fast food biscuits hands down. So you can eat your conformity breakfast of synthetic protein in room temperature soy milk gruel and I will enjoy the crap out of my biscuit.
Nice prelude to my game thread for the Georgia game. I have this same thought in mind.Dare I say this…
If our receivers stay healthy, this offense could be near 2022 good. I don’t think it will have the same crazy numbers as we won’t run as much tempo.
But I think it is built better to beat the UGAs of the world.
I can kind of believe the notion that SC didn’t have our signals, yall please hear me out before writing me off:
Prior to Hooker getting hurt, fumbling and giving up the td to make it a blowout, we only had 3 punts, and 2 of them were because a holding and opi call put us well behind the chains that we couldn’t convert on 3rd down. If they had our signals and still gave up 38 points then that’s pretty embarrassing on their part. Plus it is kind of on the coaches to a degree to periodically change the signals to prevent sign stealing.
NOW that that’s over with, let’s remember all the off field distractions that happened that week leading up to the game, plus our defense was not good that year to begin with. I dont see anyone getting our defensive signals for that reason that year.
HOWEVER, I do think SC intentionally trashed the field to make our guys slip more and slower that game. If you watch the game, pay attention to the insane amount of sand kicked up throughout the game. This caused 2 of our guys to suffer non contact injuries. This didn’t effect USCjr negatively because they knew about the field and wore special cleats to help prevent the slipping and made them move normal speed, which is why they were so easily getting open downfield
