Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

Nah they bums. The literally got a train caboose thats a glorified aluminum porta potty they all probably poop in and sleep on in and under after getting their butts whipped at home by old dominion and Jacksonville st like the hobos they are.

😭🤣🤣 I’d love your take on Florida..would be epic🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I mean speaking strictly “fans”, I can believe it. They’re less invested in football out there so less of a spotlight = less weirdos DMing players on twitter and what not
California is a PROFESSIONAL Sports teams state they don't give a rats hairy ass about College Sports.. just a fake report to get Vol fans riled up and once again it worked...

At halftime they were up 38-0 in a game they allowed 86 total yards. Would’ve been coaching malpractice to send Lagway back out if something would’ve happened.

That being said, he does have to prove he can stay healthy.
My post was more about Jones being the only other QB that played in the game. Harrison Bailey didn't even play in garage time just to hand the ball off. Plus they had Jones throw a TD pass with 25 seconds left in the red zone instead of taking a knee.

PFF is such a joke, they even said Nico looked decent in his game Saturday on their podcast.

Lol no they didn’t. PFF gave Nico a 63.2. Most of that was running. His pass grade was in the low 50s.

Going through hardship - even when you know it is making you stronger is still tough.

September 4, 2025: When you find yourself worried about things you have no control over, give them to the Lord. God can do what you cannot do. The Father knows your concerns and your desires. Put your trust in God to direct your steps and supply your needs. But, know that some of the things you do not want to go through are designed for your spiritual growth and development. Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

If you are scoring at home, Joey - 1, Nico - 0, after Game 1, unless something changes, drastically. Yes, I'm being a "Hater" . Usually, I root for almost every Tennessee transfer to ball out, I catch hell from some of my boys, but I can't help myself. Hell, I root for Mookie Betts and KeBryan Hayes in baseball just because if they had not been drafted, they would have played for the BaseVols. So sorry, but, I have never wanted a former Vol to fail more than Nico. Go Utes !
Henry too tool?
I would say that they are neck and neck for me.

However, nico did the worst transfer portal ever so he deserves all the bad karma and bad juju that’s coming his way.

So the QB class had top QBs of Manning, nico and who was the 3rd? Can’t remember, but want to know if he sucks as badly as these two?

The evaluations were definitely off. Nico’s was masterfully built with him showing out in 7 on 7 ball. Tennessee went hook line and sinker for him. At the end of his career (after many, many NCs), it will probably rank as the biggest miss on a QB evaluation in his entire career.

Oh well, another hard lesson learned for the Vols. Good news is that we got some great karmic payback in getting Joey Aguilar!

More good karma incoming

17-0 🤠

The grades I posted are the same grades they said they had on the PFF podcast.

Utah dog walked UCLA like good little chiwauawas!
My Chihuahua is better than ucla. I am going to need an apology.

We found him abandoned in a parking lot. I have always liked big dogs but he quickly became my little buddy. He is a hilarious little dog, but a great one.

Biggest risk is making the wrong hire. . . then firing too late once you realize it, imo. Fire them now, deal with the backlash while you still have a decent roster. Don't burn it to the ground and try to rebuild from ashes.
The biggest mistake is going from Dooley to Jones to Pruitt. That is a heck of a trifecta.
